Binary Box with Power Indicator and ON/OFF switch

I recently hooked up the ON/OFF switch and power indicator (green LED upper right).

As promised, here is the schematic for the "Binary Box".
You will need the following parts:

(5) 330 ohm resistors
(4) Red LEDs
(1) Optional Green LED for use as a power indicator
(1) TIL311 (or equivalent)
(5) On/Off switches (Toggle)
(1) 7404 IC (Inverter)
